Listings are made on FB, Monday-Friday with ALL invoices due by Saturday at midnight. Invoices will be cancelled at 8am on Sunday morning

ALL sales are final, no exchanges or returns, unless your product arrives damaged or your personalization is wrong due to our error

Order processing varies based on preorder or in stock status but our GOAL is for turn around to be less than 7 business days (from order close) for non-personalized items and less than 12 business days (from order close) for personalized items. This does not include days we are closed for holidays and vacation
